Girl ‘left children in car that caught fire to go shoplifting’
girl from Florida has been charged after allegedly leaving her kids unattended in a automobile that caught fire whereas she went shoplifting in a mall.
Alicia Moore, 24, parked her automobile outdoors Dillard’s division retailer at Ovideo Mall on May 26.
Moore and an unknown man have been seen shoplifting within the retailer a short while later.
After about an hour, Moore left Dillard’s to see her automobile engulfed in flames. Bystanders rescued the kids from the automobile.
Both youngsters have been taken to hospital and one suffered first diploma burns “to her face and ears”.
Moore has been charged with aggravated little one neglect for allegedly permitting kids who couldn’t take care of themselves alone contained in the automobile.
The trigger of fireplace is unknown. Police stated it’s unlikely the kids would been injured if Moore “was not being neglectful.”
Moore was charged with arson as a result of the hearth occurred whereas she was allegedly committing a felony, the arrest report stated.
