Hikers have discovered human stays in a California mountain space the place British actor Julian Sands went lacking 5 months in the past, authorities have stated.

The stays had been found on Saturday morning close to Mount Baldy in Southern California, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department stated.

They have been taken to the coroner’s workplace for identification which is predicted to be accomplished subsequent week, the division added.

“Despite the recent warmer weather, portions of the mountain remain inaccessible due to extreme alpine conditions,” the sheriff’s division stated in a press release on the time.

“Multiple areas include steep terrain and ravines, which still have 10-plus feet of ice and snow.”
