Jack Russell rescued after plunging from one among UK’s highest waterfalls
A Jack Russell has been rescued after plunging 60m (196ft) down a waterfall.
Louis plunged down the Grey Mare’s Tail in Dumfries and Galloway at about 2.45pm on Sunday.
The waterfall is among the highest within the UK.
Despite falling the total peak of the waterfall, the canine appeared properly aside from a slight limp.
Around 15 members of the volunteer-run Moffat Mountain Rescue Team (MRT) went to the scene after the canine’s proprietor alerted police.
