Home-owner sparks outrage after paving over backyard for driveway

A home-owner has defended her resolution to chop down a tree and pave over her backyard amid cries of concern on social media.

Old images of a Bradford Road property in Bolton with a luscious backyard containing bushes, grass, bushes and shrubs emerged on social media. A second picture, taken six years later, present the backyard changed by a paved driveway.

The new scene, a gray concrete patio, has been likened to a “petrol station without pumps”. Other social media customers have known as it “vandalism” and mentioned wildlife may very well be harmed by the change.
