‘Overly sexualised’ Calvin Klein poster banned
A poster for Calvin Klein that includes singer FKA twigs has been banned for being more likely to trigger severe offence by objectifying her.
In the April advert the singer wore a denim shirt, leaving the facet of her buttocks and half of 1 breast uncovered, with textual content studying: “Calvins or nothing”.
The Advertising Standards Authority had two complaints that the photographs have been “overly sexualised”, offensive and irresponsible and have been inappropriately displayed.
The trend model stated FKA twigs had collaborated with them to supply the picture and had authorised it.
