Noelle Dunphy is seeking at least $10 million in damages for the cause she claims to have suffered at the hands of the former Mayor. She said she made numerous audio recordings of Giuliani including some in which she says he can be heard making sexual comments, demanding sex and making sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks.

The former New York Mayor, who gained the name ‘America’s Mayor’ after his role during 9/11, denies any wrongdoing.

A spokesperson for Giuliani said he “vehemently and fully denies the allegations within the grievance and plans to totally defend in opposition to these allegations,” adding: “This is pure harassment and an try at extortion.”
