Eco protesters have climbed on the roof of Rishi Sunak’s residence and draped it in black materials.

Activists from Greenpeace staged the demonstration on the Prime Minister’s property in Yorkshire this morning in protest on the choice to grant new oil and gasoline licences within the North Sea.

The marketing campaign group tweeted an image displaying 4 folks on the roof of the home.

Another two activists stand in entrance of the house with a banner studying: “Rishi Sunak – oil profits or our future?”

The group stated: “Climbers are on the roof of Rishi Sunak’s mansion draping it in 200 metres of oily-black fabric to drive home the dangerous consequences of a new drilling frenzy.”

The demonstration comes because the PM is on vacation together with his household throughout the pond in California.
