Lee Anderson’s horror over row involving little one that needed to establish ‘as cat’

Conservative MP Lee Anderson spoke of his horror concerning the classroom row involving a toddler who needed to establish as a cat.

A recording emerged earlier this week of an unidentified instructor branding college students ‘homophobic’ and ‘despicable’ after they ‘actually upset somebody’ by ‘questioning their id.’

Speaking on his new programme on GB News, Mr Anderson mentioned the politics surrounding school rooms over a pint of beer with fellow Conservative MP Brendan Clarke-Smith.

“Kids want attention for a variety of reasons. Really, pretending that you are a cat?”

He added: “Parents don’t even know this is going on. A lot are worried about sex education and this pronouns thing. We need to let kids be kids.

“It places lecturers in a very troublesome place – in the event that they do the incorrect factor or offend somebody. This is why you want robust administration in a faculty. Unfortunately plenty of this nonsense is allowed to proliferate.”

An audio recording of the heated change was taken by one of many pupils and shared on TikTok. In it the instructor was heard saying, “How dare you – you have simply actually upset somebody” by “questioning their id.”

One pupil was heard to reply: “If they need to establish as a cat or one thing then they’re genuinely unwell – loopy.”

The teacher then asked: “Where did you get this concept from that there are solely two genders?” The teacher added: “It is just not an possibility.”

During the dialog, which was reported by The Telegraph, the instructor mentioned “gender is not linked to the parts that you were born with, gender is about how you identify, which is what I said right from the very beginning of the lesson.”

She then mentioned, “there’s actually three biological sexes, because you can be born with male and female body parts or hormones” and “there are lots of genders – there is transgender, there is a-gender, who are people who don’t believe that they have a gender at all”.

One pupil was heard to answer: “If they want to identify as a cat or something then they are genuinely unwell – crazy.” The instructor then requested: “where did you get this idea from that there are only two genders?” The instructor added: “It is not an opinion.”
