On Thursday, Leicestershire introduced that Nixon would depart and that Alfonso Thomas and James Taylor, Leicestershire’s assistant coach and batting coach respectively, would assume duty for the primary workforce for the rest of the season, assisted by director of cricket Claude Henderson and second workforce head coach Dips Patel.
