Leeds boss Allardyce claims he is ‘simply nearly as good’ as Guardiola and Klopp

Sam Allardyce claims to be each bit nearly as good as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, Manchester City supervisor Pep Guardiola and Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta as he makes an attempt to information Leeds United to Premier League security. The former England head coach has been out of labor since 2021, when he was relegated from the top-flight with West Bromwich Albion.

“Leeds have always known where I am,” Allardyce advised reporters. “But it’s never materialised until now. Far too many people think that I am old and antiquated which is far from the truth. I might be 68 and old but there’s nobody ahead of me in football terms. Not Pep, not Klopp, not Arteta.

“It’s all there with me. They do what they do, I do what I do. In phrases of information and depth of information, I’m up there with them. I’m not saying I’m higher than them, however definitely nearly as good as they’re.”
