Star Indian golfer Aditi Ashok performed a gentle spherical of even par 72 to be Tied-Twenty eighth after the second spherical of the Amundi Evian Championship, a Major on the ladies’s circuit.
Aditi added 72 to her first spherical 71 and was 1-over 143 going into the weekend. However, Diksha Dagar, who had an opportunity to make her first lower in a Major, struggled within the closing sages with two double bogeys in a second spherical of 81, which was 10 photographs greater than her first spherical 71.
Dagar, who’s mendacity fifth on the Order of Merit in Europe, missed the lower and can play the Women’s Scottish Open subsequent week.
Aditi birdied the third and the 13tth, however dropped photographs on fifth, eleventh and 14th.
Aditi will now play her third spherical with Japan’s Minami Katsu and Korea’s Amy Yang.
