Arrests after pigeons mutilated with swastikas discovered on the town centre
The incident, within the riverside market city of St Neots in Cambridgeshire, is being handled as a hate crime. Police officers had been referred to as to the High Street space of St Neots, on August 22, to studies that mutilated useless birds had been discovered.
A lady and a person, each of their 20s, had been arrested on suspicion of a racial/spiritual public order offence on August 30, mentioned Cambridgeshire Police. The arrested girl was 21 years previous and from Baldock, Hertfordshire, whereas the person was aged 23 and from Chatteris in Cambridgeshire, added police.
The birds are understood to have been discovered on the bottom subsequent to wheelie bins, in an alleyway off Brook Street, close to the High Street.
