Huddersfield: Girl admits making an attempt to kill three younger kids together with a child

A lady has admitted making an attempt to kill three younger kids who have been discovered with critical stab accidents in West Yorkshire earlier this yr.

The 34-year-old was arrested after a four-year-old woman, a boy aged two and a three-month-old boy have been found with stab wounds at a home in Huddersfield in February.

Speaking at Leeds Crown Court through video hyperlink on Friday, the lady pleaded responsible to a few counts of tried homicide.

Following a psychiatric analysis, two consultants agreed the defendant “did not suffer with the legal definition of insanity” and was match to plead, defence barrister Abdul Iqbal KC stated.

Mr Iqbal added, nevertheless, that each consultants agreed the lady was “labouring under mental health problems when she committed these acts”.
