Homicide investigation begins after girl’s stays present in London canal
A homicide investigation is below means after a lady’s stays had been present in a west London canal.
They had been found in Southall after police had been referred to as to Northumberland Crescent in Feltham to reviews of a priority for welfare at 10.26pm on Sunday.
While nobody was discovered contained in the property, officers stated there have been indicators of a disturbance.
After finishing up extra enquiries, police arrested a 33-year-old girl at Greenford Bridge on suspicion of homicide.
The stays of a physique, believed to be that of a 57-year-old girl, had been present in a canal off Bulls Bridge Road in Southall on Monday.
A criminal offense scene has been put in place in Northumberland Crescent and searches are persevering with within the canal.
Detective Inspector Ollie Stride, who’s investigating, stated police consider that is an remoted incident.
He stated: “We await formal identification of the deceased, however, specially trained officers are supporting the family. Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.
