Snowdon Mountain Railway trains journey to Yr Wyddfa summit for first time since 2019

Trains on Snowdon Mountain Railway have begun travelling to Yr Wyddfa’s summit once more for the primary time since 2019.

The railway runs for 4.7 miles from Llanberis to Yr Wyddfa’s summit.

It comes after park authorities agreed final yr that Wales’ highest mountain can be referred to by its Welsh title, moderately than the English equal.
