A person who died after a bunch of individuals have been stabbed in Cornwall, has been named.
Michael Allen, 35, from Liskeard, died after officers have been referred to as to the realm of Victoria Square on Castle Canyke Road, at 3.15am on Sunday following a report of a serious altercation.
Police have been informed that somebody was in possession of a knife and a number of individuals had sustained suspected stab wounds.
A 24-year-old man from Bodmin was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of homicide, tried homicide and inflicting grievous bodily hurt with intent.
Police have immediately been given an extension by magistrates to permit additional time to detain the suspect.
Seven different women and men have been injured and have been taken to hospital.
Five have since been launched with two individuals remaining in hospital as they recuperate from surgical procedure following the assault, police mentioned.
Mr Allen's household has since launched an image and a tribute.
They mentioned: "Mike was merely much-loved son, brother, grandson, and uncle who liked his canine.
"His family would like to respectfully request privacy at this time".
A tribute web site has been arrange at Bodmin Rugby Club, the place individuals can collect to recollect the sufferer.
Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police will likely be there to assist help the local people.
