A bride-to-be was left coated in blood after she and her mini dachshund have been viciously mauled in an "unprovoked" assault by a bull terrier. Shaken Isabelle Payne suffered critical cuts to her legs and arms as she battled to save lots of her little canine Lola from the jaws of dying of the opposite canine.

Ms Payne had been strolling along with her fiancé Jacob Thirkettle and their canine Lola at an off-leash park on the Gold Coast, in Queensland, Australia, when one other canine pounced and tried to savage Lola.

Mr Thirkettle mentioned his accomplice and pet suffered critical accidents within the melee that adopted, with Ms Payne left coated in cuts and Lola needing surgical procedure on injury to her again. "We're so grateful to the members of the community who we don't know that came to their rescue."

"Safe to say that without Isabelle's quick thinking, Lola wouldn't be here with us today.

"We're so grateful to the members of the neighborhood who we do not know that got here to their rescue. Lola's operation went effectively however she nonetheless has an extended journey forward along with her restoration and it is early days.
