righton CEO Paul Barber has insisted the membership will “understand” Moises Caicedo’s place on his future on the membership amid switch talks with Chelsea.
The Blues have seen three bids for Ecuador worldwide Caicedo rejected, with the newest £80million proposal falling in need of Brighton’s £100m price ticket on the 21-year-old.
