Paramedics have attended the scene as commuters report rising temperatures within the crowded carriage. 

The passengers are reportedly trapped with out aircon or electrical energy, with one even breaking the window in a determined try to get recent air.

"As a result, London Overground services are currently unable to run to / from Richmond. Trains may be cancelled or revised."
