“I judge a person based on their character. I’m not a white supremacist,” mentioned the previous rifleman within the US Marines. "Everybody who’s ever met me can tell you, I love all people, I love all cultures.

The workplace of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has charged Penny with second-degree manslaughter and launched him on $100,000 bond.
He didn't enter a plea and his subsequent court docket look is on July 17.
