A Brazilian physician is being investigated by police after allegedly pulling a child’s head off after climbing onto a pregnant lady’s abdomen. The incident, which occurred on May 1, reportedly occurred on the Hospital das Clinicas da UFMG within the Santa Efigenia space of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Following the incident, the household of the lifeless child lady stated that after the incident, the hospital tried to strain the household into signing paperwork that may cowl up what actually occurred.

A grievance was lodged towards the police by the mom of the kid, Ms Ranielly Coelho Santos, 34, two days after the loss of life of the infant lady.

Ms Santos stated she was taken to hospital on April 24 after issues had been raised over her hypertension. Per week later, docs induced her labour.

During labour, an unnamed obstetrician allegedly referred to as the lady’s father in to look at the process alongside Ms Santos' mom.

The father stated that he witnessed his daughter blink and her lips transfer as she was born. This, he reportedly stated, was proof she was alive and nicely.

However, in response to the household’s report back to the police, the physician allegedly climbed onto the mom’s stomach and “ripped off the child’s head”.

The police report stated that the household, from the outskirts of Belo Horizonte, acquired an apology from the physician for what occurred.

They added that they had been later approached by a social employee who stated that whereas the hospital would cowl the prices of the infant’s funeral, they'd solely achieve this if the household agreed to signal paperwork that contained sure situations.
