A dream getaway has become a vacation from hell for some British households - as an outbreak of illness sweeps a five-star resort in Turkey.

People have ended up on drips and youngsters have been left scared to eat on the Rixos Sungate resort in Antalya.

More than 30 company have been affected, with signs together with diarrhoea and vomiting, and plenty of blame suspected meals poisoning. 

Some had needed to be taken to hospital and ended up on drips in consequence.

Affected households say some folks have examined constructive for salmonella. However, tour operator TUI has stated meals poisoning has not been confirmed on the resort and that it may very well be norovirus.
