As effectively as Ballance, the ECB requested for a mixture of fines, suspensions, reprimands and training programs for Matthew Hoggard, Tim Bresnan, Andrew Gale, Richard Pyrah and John Blain - all of whom both performed at Yorkshire, or labored in a training capability whereas Rafiq was there. The ECB requested for Hoggard and Pyrah to be fined £7500, Bresnan and Blain £5000 and Pyrah £4500. All six have been requested to obtain reprimands from the CDC and to participate in a racism and discrimination course.
