Moscow has claimed a Ukrainian drone was the seemingly trigger of a hearth at an oil refinery in southern Russia. The governor of the Krasnodar area, Veniamin Kondratyev, took to Telegram to debate the incident on the Afipsky oil refinery, situated close to the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk.

The fireplace was quickly extinguished and had brought on no casualty, the official stated.
