Four indigenous youngsters in Colombia have been discovered alive - greater than two weeks after the airplane they have been travelling in crashed in thick jungle.

An 11-month-baby was amongst these rescued - in addition to youngsters aged 4, 9 and 13.

The airplane - a Cessna 206 - was carrying seven individuals when it issued a mayday alert resulting from engine failure within the early hours of 1 May.
