The Manchester United and England defender was handed a suspended 21-month sentence in August 2020 following an alleged incident in Mykonos.
Maguire denies the fees. His authorized workforce instantly lodged an attraction towards the conviction for assaulting a police provide and tried bribery, which United mentioned extinguished the preliminary courtroom verdict and nullified the conviction.
The retrial was reportedly set to happen earlier this month till the defender's authorized workforce requested for it to be put again.
PA has been advised it can now happen on February 7, 2024, three-and-a-half years after the occasion.
Maguire doesn't should attend the retrial and it's understood the United captain is unlikely to seem given the time of 12 months.
