An Australian sailor who was stranded within the Pacific Ocean for months says his bowel most cancers weight-reduction plan regime could have helped him survive the terrifying ordeal.  

Tim Shaddock, 51, and his canine had been rescued two months after they'd set off from the coast of Mexico with the intention to journey to French Polynesia on his catamaran, Australian media reported.
