New anti-LGBTQ+ legal guidelines have been handed in Uganda, increasing on guidelines which already criminalised same-sex acts and carried a most penalty of life imprisonment.

The new anti-homosexuality regulation now makes "aggravated homosexuality" - which is outlined as sexual relations involving folks contaminated with HIV, in addition to with these beneath 18, and different classes of weak folks - punishable with jail sentences of as much as 14 years.
