Japan suffered a blow on the eve of World Cup qualifying with Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma dominated out with harm, the soccer affiliation stated on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old has scored seven targets in 18 appearances for his nation and emerged as some of the thrilling attackers within the Premier League.
