Andrew Tate has claimed "I've done nothing wrong" after a decide in Romania lifted his home arrest pending trial.
The controversial influencer has been held in Romania charged with human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group.
He was indicted in June, alongside together with his brother Tristan and two Romanian feminine suspects, and has been underneath home arrest since March.
But the Bucharest Court of Appeal introduced in a written ruling that the home arrest will now get replaced with a "judicial control" for 60 days till the beginning of October.
The pair might be restricted to journey inside Bucharest and the encircling Ilfov County.
Speaking after the listening to, Tate mentioned: "We've been completely innocent since the beginning of this, and I have absolute faith in the Romanian judicial for finally making the right decision and setting us free.
"I'm certain in the long run we might be completely exonerated.
"I've done nothing wrong, God knows I've done nothing wrong, in my heart, I know I've done nothing wrong.
"I stay up for being utterly exonerated in due time."
A spokesperson for the Tate brothers mentioned: "We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Romanian judicial system for their fair consideration.
"This constructive final result provides us confidence that extra beneficial developments are on the horizon and the reality is starting to prevail."
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Tate added: "After 10 months - three in jail, seven at house.
"After €15m of asset seizures. After an indictment based on nothing. The file was passed to a judge, who has ruled it weak and circumstantial.
"I've been launched from home arrest, however should stay inside Romania."
Tate was indicted in June alongside together with his brother Tristan and two Romanian feminine suspects over alleged human trafficking, rape and forming a felony gang to sexually exploit girls.
The Tate brothers are accused of tricking seven girls into sexual exploitation on faux guarantees of a relationship or marriage - a way authorities have labelled the "loverboy method".
It is alleged that the Tate brothers, together with the 2 Romanian feminine suspects, shaped the group in 2021 to commit human trafficking in Romania and different international locations - together with the US and UK.
