"I'm told Turkey is helping, France is helping, other countries are helping," Mere stated.
"But we haven't seen them... where are they? There's no international help at all. It's just chaos.
"We've bought a small group of 4 individuals - all civilians - and we have pulled out eight peoples' stays on our personal [in] the previous couple of hours."
