A younger boy has been hailed a "little hero" for grabbing the wheel of a college bus and bringing it to a secure cease after the motive force handed out on a busy street.

Dillon Reeves, 13, earned reward for "an extraordinary act of courage and maturity" after leaping into motion because the automobile carrying dozens of screaming youngsters veered in direction of oncoming visitors within the Detroit space of Michigan.

The drama on Wednesday was captured on a video digital camera above the motive force.

Warren councilman Jonathan Lafferty wrote on Facebook: "This young man jumped into action when his school bus driver experienced a medical emergency, bringing the bus to a stop and avoiding what could have been a very tragic accident.

"We are very pleased with you in your heroic actions."

The bus driver was taken to hospital the place she obtained therapy.
