A video has allegedly captured the knifeman who reportedly stabbed six youngsters in Annecy, France, being chased down by bystanders. 

The footage, initially posted to social media, exhibits the attacker jogging throughout a playground within the metropolis.

A bystander on the scene mentioned the person was "laughing" as he stabbed the kids, leaving a minimum of two in crucial situation.
