A mum, whose husband claimed she did nothing round the home, proved him mistaken after she refused to do housekeeping for a few days. Taking to TikTok, Lindsay Donnelly has filmed the leads to a video that has now been seen greater than 18 million occasions.

Before giving the viewers a tour of her home, she wrote within the textual content over the footage whereas trying on the digicam: “My husband made a comment that I do nothing around the house. So for two days, I really did nothing around the house.”

She then revealed a kitchen left in chaos with toys on the ground and soiled dishes within the sink and on the counter.

The 28-second clip continued by displaying cups, plates and papers throughout her lengthy picket eating room desk and a basket of soiled laundry subsequent to her sofa.

Lindsay ended her video along with her image of her messy rest room with extra soiled garments, towels and toiletries throughout her sink.

The caption reads: “Then I left town for a girls trip #MarriageHumour.”

Commenters have been fast to react to her video with one saying “This is why stay single. I refuse to parent an adult.”

Another added: “I would go out and not return until the house is clean.”

While a 3rd mentioned: “I really would do nothing ever again for that man. He has no respect for you, he’s treating you like unpaid help. You deserve better.”

She posted a follow-up video a few days later, by which had a chat along with her husband Brin about what he mentioned.

Lindsay advised him about a number of the damaging feedback she obtained.

But she then acknowledged that he's “actually a really good husband,” earlier than including “that was just a real a**hole move to say that”, as she referred to his comment.

After explaining that he had since apologised, she posted a 3rd video which reads that she “roasted my almost perfect husband but he cooks all my vegetarian meals the way I like them, cleans daily more than I do, pays all the bills, takes me on fancy vacations and let’s me be me…”
