Natalie Portman has divorced her husband of 11 years, Benjamin Millepied.

The Star Wars actress filed for divorce eight months in the past and the proceedings have now been finalised in France, the place they lived, People Magazine reported.

The couple share two kids.

Their separation got here after Millepied, a director and choreographer, confronted allegations of infidelity final 12 months.

He and Portman, 42, declined to remark publicly on the matter.

In December 2010 the couple introduced that they had been engaged and anticipating their first youngster.

Their son Aleph arrived in June 2011 and their wedding ceremony passed off the next summer season in California.

Portman gave beginning to their second youngster, Amalia, in February 2017.

Millepied, 46, started his profession as a dancer when he joined the New York City Ballet within the Nineties. He has since gone on to turn out to be a choreographer for stage and the large display screen, engaged on movies together with Dune.
