A five-year-old boy has died after falling from a harbour wall in Cornwall.

The youngster was airlifted to Trelikse Hospital in Truro following the incident, which passed off in Padstow round 11.45am on Saturday.

The boy, who has not been named, however is from the native space, was then transferred to Bristol Hospital.

He later died along with his mother and father current.

Devon and Cornwall Police say they're at present treating the boy's loss of life as an accident.

Officers are persevering with to hold out enquiries on behalf of the coroner and have requested anybody with info to contact them.

"Our thoughts are with family and loved ones of the child during this difficult time," a spokesperson for the power stated.
