"It wonβt be. Thatβs what makes it special. In a very respectful way? Yes, for sure. I can be friends [with referees]. I have known Howard [Webb, PGMOL boss] for a long time and have a really good relationship with him and many referees as well.
"I do not choose human beings. It is identical with gamers - if I put a participant on the bench it's not whether or not I like him or not. We are in an trade that's so demanding and we now have to make the fitting calls and win video games - that is it."
