Pupils from two faculties in the identical Hampshire city required hospital therapy after vaping.
The headteachers of the faculties in Romsey issued a warning to folks after a number of youngsters skilled accelerated coronary heart charges far exceeding regular ranges, in addition to confusion.

According to the Daily Echo the letter, despatched on 26 May by headteachers Andrew Portas and Annie Eagle, stated: "In the last two weeks, there have been a small number of cases of students from both our communities requiring hospital treatment after using vapes.
"It is suspected that the contents of those vapes weren't what they seemed to be, and that is at the moment being investigated.
"Students who have been affected by this have presented with accelerated heart rates far exceeding normal levels, confusion, and, in one case, fitting and loss of consciousness."

Vapes often include a flavoured nicotine fluid.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak lately announced a campaign towards underage vaping amid issues producers are concentrating on youngsters of their promoting.

The Mountbatten School was based by Queen Elizabeth II's cousin Lord Mountbatten in 1969. Its alumni embody Downton Abbey actress Laura Carmichael and TV gardener Charlie Dimmock.
