Russian secrect service brokers foiled an try to assassinate President Vladimir Putin, insiders have mentioned.

The Federal Protection Service (FSO), which has accountability for shielding high Russian officers, apparently stopped an try to kill Putin with explosives positioned in a river mattress beneath a bridge.
