An explosion broken the workplace constructing of an oil pipeline within the Pskov area.

The incident occurred close to the village of Litvinovo. There had been no accidents, the governor of the area stated.

Previously, the constructing was broken on account of an assault by two UAVs. Emergency providers are on website.
