Bill Simmons blasted Harry and Meghan lower than 24 hours after they parted firm with the audio streamer three years into their £15.5million contract.
The couple at the moment are stated to be in “advanced talks” with a rival streamer to air Meghan’s Archetypes podcast collection.
Mr Simmons, Spotify’s head of podcast innovation and monetisation, launched his tirade on his personal podcast on Friday.
He stated: “The f****** Grifters - that’s the podcast we should have launched with them.
“I’ve got to get drunk one night and tell the story of the Zoom call I had with Harry to try to help him with a podcast idea. It’s one of my best stories... F*** them. The grifters.””
According to stories, Meghan and Harry’s Spotify deal was cancelled as a result of they produced just one podcast collection and a half-hour “holiday special” in three years.
Entertainment web site Variety reported that the music streaming big had pulled the plug as a result of it “expected more content” from the Duke and Duchess and their Archewell Audio workforce.
