Toss Sri Lanka selected to bat vs Afghanistan

Sri Lanka made 4 modifications as they gained the toss and elected to bat first in a must-win second ODI towards Afghanistan.

Trailing 1-0 within the three-match sequence, the hosts introduced in Sadeera Samarawickrama, Wanindu Hasaranga, Maheesh Theekshana and Dushmantha Chameera. Making method have been Angelo Mathews, Dushan Hemantha, Lahiru Kumara and Matheesha Pathirana.

Farveez Maharoof, in his pitch report, famous that the Hambantota floor was a lot drier this time round with much less grass, and could be good for the batters.
