Two-time Grand Slam doubles champion Alicia Molik rushed to assistance from a collapsed ball lady throughout a reside TV interview. Molik, 42, was within the midst of being unveiled as the brand new match director of the Adelaide International in her homeland of Australia.

"In the final 10 years, we went from having a No.4 on the earth in Sam Stosur to a No.1 in singles in Ash Barty, who began and completed her profession below my tenure," she said. "Now we've one other [doubles] No.1 in Storm Hunter, and Ellen [Perez] has hit one of many highest factors in her doubles profession as effectively. It's in an extremely wholesome spot."
