A superb service station could make the longest of highway journeys that little bit simpler.

But not all of them have that impact for motorists.

According to new evaluation the "dirtiest" service station within the UK has been revealed - however, it appears, not everybody agrees with the decision.

Hippo Leasing analysed a complete of 12,738 evaluations from 110 of the UK’s official service stations to disclose which ones are the cleanest, dirtiest, least expensive and priciest, based mostly on what number of occasions sure key phrases are talked about inside the particular person evaluations.

But not everybody agrees with the end result.

In truth Google reviewers appeared fairly proud of what the providers had one provide, with an total score of 4 out of a possible 5 stars from a complete of virtually 4,500 evaluations.

And one other: “Very well kept service station, clean and tidy. Lots of parking, and good signposting.”

According to the research, Thurrock MOTO, in Purfleet, off the M25, is the second dirtiest UK service station and in third place was Barton Park MOTO, close to Richmond, on the A1.

The research analysed 12,738 on-line evaluations written about 110 official motorway service stations listed on Motorway Services Online.

Mentions of 34 key phrases within the evaluations regarding cleanliness and dirtiness have been counted for every service station e.g. clear, tidy, soiled and disgusting together with different key phrases.

Hopwood Park providers is run by Welcome Break which has been approached for a remark by Express.co.uk

A spokesperson for Motorway Services Online mentioned: “Service stations provide an important opportunity for drivers to take a break from the busy roads. 

“Our list of motorway service areas gives drivers a chance to avoid the ones that they know are dirty or unpleasant, to make sure that nobody is having any stress added to their journey.

“Motorway service areas need to provide a consistent experience across the country, because people shouldn’t need to worry about what they might find when they pull up. 

“Until that happens, we are happy to help road users work out which places they want to avoid.”
