Although a minority shareholder, it seems that Brady is already taking a hands-on strategy on the Championship membership.

In an announcement launched after the announcement that he could be approaching board, Brady had mentioned his pleasure on becoming a member of the membership.

He stated: "Birmingham City is an iconic club with so much history and passion and to be part of the Blues is a real honour for me. BCFC is built on teamwork and determination and I’m excited to work alongside the board, management and players to make our Second City club second to none.

"I’ve been a part of some wonderful groups in my day, and I’m trying ahead to making use of my perspective to create that very same success right here in Birmingham.”
