Two males have been charged over the homicide and disappearance of Co Antrim girl Chloe Mitchell, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) stated. Detectives from PSNI’s Major Investigation Team have charged a 26-year-old man with homicide and a 34-year-old man with helping offenders.
