Two Metropolitan Police officers have been suspended from responsibility after a lady alleged she was kidnapped and raped.

One of the officers, who relies within the North West Command Unit, was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of kidnap, rape, and customary assault.

He was launched on bail till June on the rape allegation and can face no additional motion over the opposite two claims.

A second constable, in the identical unit, was arrested on suspicion of kidnap and possession of sophistication A medication, whereas a 3rd man, not a police officer, was held on suspicion of kidnap.

They have been each launched with no additional motion taken.

Metropolitan Police stated the arrests relate to an incident in Kingston, southwest London, when the officers have been off-duty on Sunday.
