The nation is about to be hit by extra storms that would trigger chaos across the nation.

Some areas across the northwest of England may obtain as much as 5 millimetres of rain this Saturday.

Furthermore, some areas such because the southeast may expertise gale-force winds choosing up particles.

The excessive winds and pouring rain mark the following chapter in a tumultuous summer time for the UK which has seen 30-degree warmth and excessive winds.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Met Office Meteorologist Tom Morgan mentioned: “For the middle part of July we’re seeing quite unseasonably unsettled weather

“We’ve got some quite strong winds today across southern areas where we will potentially see gusts as high as 55mph bringing some minor disruption and damage to trees.

“We've also got some thunderstorms which are moving through quite quickly in the south because of the wind, but the thunderstorms in Scotland and Northern Ireland will be much slower.

“We urge you, wherever you are, to keep an eye on the forecast and leave plenty of time for your journeys because the weather may well cause some disruption from either strong winds or thunder and heavy rain.”

News of impending moist climate for the UK comes as mainland Europe suffers via 40C temperatures and forest fires.

According to the Met Office, the UK is more likely to face “unsettled conditions” within the ultimate week of July.

In the preliminary forecast, they mentioned: “Generally unsettled conditions are expected for much of this period, as low pressure, initially centred close to the UK, drifts to the northeast with time.

“The first couple of days are likely to see outbreaks of rain or showers, some heavy and thundery, along with windy conditions for the time of year.

“As the low clears to the northeast and with high pressure expected to lay to the southwest of the UK, it is likely that the UK will often sit an in a north or northwesterly airstream for the remainder of July.

“Further showers or perhaps longer spells of rain are likely at times, often accompanied by a brisk breeze, and with temperatures generally close to or a little below average.”
