Wagner founder Yevgeny Prigozhin appeared to have returned to Russia regardless of being successfully exiled to Belarus final month.

Prigozhin reached an settlement with Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko to face down his males after trying to push Vladimir Putin into eliminating his high navy advisors.
