A 36-year-old lady has been arrested within the south of France after she tore off a part of her companion's genitals throughout an argument.

The lady was positioned into police custody on Tuesday morning in Portet-sur-Garonne, south of Toulouse, two days after the alleged assault came about, in accordance with French media.

Her 45-year-old companion was rushed to Rangueil Hospital on Sunday after "the skin of his penis had been partly torn off," regional newspaper La Depeche reported.
